Overview
The Büchi V-100 vacuum pump is an economical and chemically resistant PTFE diaphragm pump with a compact, space saving design. It covers the essential needs in vacuum generation. The small footprint saves laboratory space while it serves for for multiple applications such as evaporation, drying and concentration, or suction straining and filtration. With regulation by the Büchi I-100 vacuum control it is optimally suited to work with the Büchi Rotavapor® R-100 rotary evaporator.
Light weight but robust, low maintenance design and construction, with an integrated carrying handle.
Each V-100 pump is supplied with a silencer and 2 meters of vacuum tubing.
Available options include the I-100 control interface, Woulff bottle, Condensation assembly (condenser with insulation or cold trap) and Communications cable.
The Büchi Interface I-100 Vacuum Controller has a control range of 1100 to 1 mbar, using a capacitive measuring principle, independent of gas type and an absolute pressure gauge-sensor made from aluminum oxide-ceramic. Manual vacuum control uses buttons to manage pressure settings and aeration. Adjusts and keeps set pressure stable within hysteresis. A timer function can stop the process after a pre-set time, and for overpressure prevention automatic aeration starts when pressure is above 1400 mbar.
Available as a stand alone unit, as interface for a V-100 vacuum pump or as interface for house vacuum.
