Overview
These upright ultra-low temperature -86 °C freezers are designed and manufactured by Haier Biomedical, the largest manufacturer of freezers and refrigerators in the world, with the largest sales and support network. Haier products have been sold for many years under well known brands through OEM arrangements and are now offered by Rose Scientific.
Five ULT upright freezer models are available, with capacities of 11.9, 17.1, 20.4, 25.7 and 29.2 ft3.
A key distinguishing feature of the freezers is the innovative cabinet, designed to reduce energy consumption and provide reliable performance while reducing operational noise.
Multiple layers of gaskets split between main and inner doors decreases heat loss and guarantee’s excellent warm up times in the event of a power failure. A heated port with spring assisted mechanism is designed to prevent icing on the vent so that the main door can be reopened more quickly. A lockable handle with unique key can be augmented with a padlock. A USB port allows information on historical temperatures to be downloaded for auditing or documentation purposes. A multi-level alarm function warns of high or low temperature, sensor error, high ambient temperature, power failure, filter status, and door position. Controls are at convenient eye level.
