Overview
Sterilization, not disinfection, of containers and instruments using the Memmert SN Natural Convection or SF Forced Air Hot Air Sterilizers can save lives, in a laboratory or a medical setting.
In the Memmert hot air sterilizers, the SetpointWAIT function insures that the program starts timing when the setpoint temperature has been reached. Precisely maintaining the sterilization time to completely kill off even highly resistant microorganisms is guaranteed at all times, irrespective of the sterilization load and chamber volume. The SetpointWait feature can also be used with additional, flexibly placed Pt100 temperature sensors. In this case, sterilization only begins when the setpoint temperature has been reached at all measurement points.
For the special application of depyrogenization, the Memmert Hot Air Sterilizer S is absolutely ideal.
From the broad selection of models, with both natural (SN) and forced air circulation (SF), and convenient, approved and tested options and accessories, it is possible to build a Memmert Hot Air Sterilizer S for every application.
A wide range of options for programming and documentation using interfaces are available as part of the Memmert Generation 2012 class of products, in both SingleDisplay and TwinDisplay models.
