Overhead Stirrers, Heidolph Series RZR with Electronic Control

Overview

The Heidolph RZR line of overhead stirrers can be divided into 2 categories, those with mechanical speed control, and those with electronic speed control. The electronic speed control RZR series models featured here allow for continuous constant speed as viscosity changes. Maximum continuous torque available of 20 Ncm (RZR 2061 Control), 90 Ncm (RZR 2052 Control), 200 Ncm (RZR 2102 Control) or 700 Ncm (RZR 2102 Control Z).

Features of the RZR 2051 Control, RZR 2052 Control, RZR 2102 Control and RZR 2102 Control Z electronically controlled overhead stirrers:

Maintenance free brushless motor
Maintain constant speed through viscosity changes
Digital speed and torque display
Control, monitor and document functions with a computer
Torque zero calibration feature
RS 232 serial port as well as analog interface
RZR 2102 Control and Control Z have an additional gear range for low speed and high torque
