Prices: All prices are shown in US Dollars F.O.B. our warehouse(s), unless otherwise specified. Duty and Taxes are extra if applicable. All prices are current at time of publication and are subject to change without notice. Prices will be confirmed at time of order.

Freight: Freight terms are F.O.B. our warehouse(s). Unless otherwise specified all orders will be shipped via the carrier of choice by Rose Scientific Ltd. or Rose Scientific Inc. Requests for shipping by special arrangement will be at customer's expense.

Terms of Payment: All invoices are Net 30 Days from date of shipment on approved credit. A 2% per month interest charge will be assessed on all outstanding balances exceeding 30 days.

Transportation Regulations: All Chemicals and Dangerous or Hazardous Goods will be shipped in accordance with applicable Transportation Regulations.

Minimum Order: Due to the cost of processing orders a minimum value of $50.00 is necessary. MMinimum order quantities on some items may apply. Your best effort to combine orders is highly appreciated and would save you in the long term.

Return Goods Policy: Any returns due to our errors will be expeditiously replaced or credited in full. Our Customer Service department must authorize all returns. Goods ordered in error or duplicated because of unmarked confirmation will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee or $20.00, whichever is greater.

Qualifying customers: Our business is built on serving the research, industrial and educational communities in North America. Some purchases may be restricted if a customer cannot demonstrate a valid or legal need for the products.

Customer Service will supply a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and Shipping Instructions. Please include this number and a copy of our invoice or a letter with all necessary details along with your shipment.
