The Rocker Chemker Models 300, 400, 410 and 411 oil free PTFE diaphragm chemically resistant vacuum pumps require no lubricant, regular oil changes or other routine maintenance. The oil free diaphragm design means that the pumps are cleaner in operation. All wetted parts of the Chemker pumps are made of PTFE, so they can resist most corrosive gases.
A direct drive motor eliminates the noise and complications of a belt drive and together with careful vibration lowering design and assembly results in low 50.0 dB noise levels. The motors automatically shut down if overheated and restart when they have cooled off.
The Chemker Model 411 has an attached external Glass Moisture trap/ Vacuum Regulator.
