Overview
The OPTIZEN NanoHandler Nano Volume Spot and Swipe spectrophotometer is designed to analyze extremely low volume DNA, RNA and protein samples, while maintaining high reproducibility, speed and ease of residue cleaning.
Especially useful when sample material is very expensive or hard to obtain, the OPTIZEN NanoHandler shares the benefits of other nano volume spectrophotometers, such as ease of operation, no cuvettes, no sample dilution and no cross contamination. The OPTIZEN NanoHandler however has distinct advantages such as using direct light through the sampling pedestal rather than indirect measurement through an optic fiber path, very little light loss and a very stable light source with a horizontal light direction just as with standard cuvette measurement.
The result is that the Nanohandler provides more stable, fast, reliable and reproducible measurements, in an economical, easy to use and easy to clean outstanding design.
