Overview
The LD-Class of versatile pumps consists of dual head, positive displacement piston pumps delivering unmatched performance for analytical, flash and small-scale preparative chromatography applications. With the patented low-dead volume Pulse Dampener, advanced cam technology and dual piston mechanism, the LD-Class provides virtually pulse-free operation.
The LD-Class pumps are designed for the high flow accuracy and low pulsation required for Analytical Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). Standard fluid path materials are stainless steel and PEEK, while titanium is available as an option. Jacketed stainless steel heads for temperature controlled processes are also an option. With 12 mL/min, 36 mL/min and 100 mL/min versions, reaching pressures up to 6,000 psi, these low pulsation dual piston pumps will meet the performance requirements of demanding HPLC needs.
The high performance linear cams, along with automatic pressure compensation, provide precise flow rates for very accurate high pressure and low pressure gradients. The LD-Class pumps are supplied with an integrated Prime-Purge Valve, Pulse Dampener, interactive key-pad control and complete PC control and status through RS-232 and Micro USB 2.0 ports.
Standard models are equipped with1/4” -28 flat bottom inlet and 1/16” CPT outlet CPI fittings, but 1/4” -28 flat bottom inlet and outlet fittings are available and the stainless steel headed pumps can be optionally equipped with either 1/8” CPI inlet and 1/16” CPI outlet or 1/8” CPI inlet and 1/8” CPI outlet fittings.
