Isocratic HPLC System, the ECS03, with UV-Visible Detector and Analytical HPLC Pump
Overview
The ECS03 Isocratic Analytical HPLC System is a very high quality analytical chromatography system that meets the requirement of any analytical separation in which a single solvent or a pre-mixed solvent is adequate for the separation. This includes routine quality control and other routine tasks.
The system can be upgraded to a binary, ternary or quaternary high pressure system by the addition of more pumps, or to a quaternary low pressure system by adding the necessary mixing valves and associated equipment.
Included in the ECS03 Isocratic Analytical HPLC system is a standard ECP2010 Analytical HPLC Pump, an ECD2600 UV-Visible Detector with analytical flow cell, the ECB2006 Box for Solvent Bottles, Clarity HPLC Control and Acquisition Software for 1 Station, an Analytical Injection Valve with 20 µL sample loop and an Accessory Kit containing tubing and fittings.
HPLC columns and a computer are not included and must be supplied by the user or could be supplied on request from Rose Scientific as options. PC system has to be equipped for to handle at least 3 serial RS232 or 1 Ethernet port.
