A variety of homogenizer motors, from the hand held, high speed Model X120 to the high power, heavy duty industrial Model Unidrive X1000D, to the even higher power industrial model X1740, designed for higher volume.

CAT X1740 with DK30 Flow-Through Chamber
Compact, quietly operating benchtop in-line homogenizers capable of processing cannabis tinctures, beverages, syrups, and other solutions, up to 83 liters/min (22 gallons/minute) is available. This system could also be applied to a wide variety of hemp or other oils.
The X1740 homogenizers insure cannabinoid and terpene uniformity and retain reproducibly higher potency.
Once the motors are chosen there is an array of tools and generators to solve laboratory and industrial dispersal needs, from lighter research tasks to heavy duty pilot plant or batch processing with such products as toothpaste or tomato paste.

The CAT dispersing tools and generators have unique slanted rotor slots for fast processing and improved mixing turbulence. The dispersing tools are interchangeable and some (G20, G30, G40) have ceramic shaft seals, so they can be used under vacuum, pressure and abrasive materials. Rotors and stators are exchangeable and there are optional continuous flow chambers (DK30 and DK40) as well as a DK 40 Kit, which consists of drive unit X1740, a flow-through chamber with external cooling, bench mounting device and a G 40 generator.
All CAT disbursing shafts have the same coupling system, allowing all the drive motors to accept any choice of suitable shafts.

Dispersing tools are sold complete with rotor and stators as F (fine viscosity), N (low viscosity), V (medium viscosity) F and M (knife version) types. Different rotors and stators are available to interchange. Replacement rotors and stators are available for all types of dispersing tools such as T-6, T-10, T-17, T-20, T-30 and T-40.
The T series tools have a Teflon bearing. Please enquire for more details about the ceramic sealed G-20, G-30 and G-40 tools, for use under vacuum, pressure or with abrasive materials.
