Overview
The Ultra-Turrax T 50 Digital Disperser is a reliable workhorse for laboratory or pilot plant use.
With its wide variety of tools this heavy duty homogenizer, disperser, crusher and stirrer can perform difficult laboratory and pilot plant tasks. There are tools available to allow the drive to do high speed stirring, as well as others for inline processing. There are choices for seals that allow different uses such as work under vacuum or pressure.
The rotor and stator generators are designed with an action to constantly draw in sample. A combination of shear, impact, collision, and cavitation rapidly disperses, homogenizes, emulsifies, cuts, crushes and disintegrates material suspended in the media.
The Ultra-Turrax T 50 Digital Disperser is ready for continuous operation and features an infinitely variable speed control from 500 to 10,000 rpm.

A wide variety of tools are available for the Ultra-Turrax T 50 Disperser. The names have codes. For example, S 50 is the dispersing element or agitator shaft that is appropriate for the T 50 dispersing instrument, and a 45 in the name signifies a 45 mm stator diameter. For seal or bearing type: N = a PTFE bearing, KR = ball bearing with a Viton seal, KV = ball bearing with vacuum tight sliding ring seat with silicon carbide seal rings, KG-HH = ball bearing with sliding ring seals of hard metal with FFPM seal rings and IL = inline.
The degree of fineness achieved is G = coarse, M = medium and F = fine. The letters IL = inline.

T50 Basic Special Tools and Accessories
R 50 Stirring shaft “high speed”
With the aid of stirring shaft R 50, the Ultra Turrax Driver T 50 is quickly converted into a high-speed stirrer. Seven hundred watts and 10,000 rpm are provided for rapid mixing, for dissolving, for disagglomeration of pigment agglomerates. For operational safety, a protective cage is fitted around the mixing element. Volumes up to 30 L can be processed. Immersion depth of 180mm, maximum peripheral speed is 15.7 – 23m/s. The stirring shaft R 50 is surrounded with a protective cage and dissolving disk R 1402.
S50N-W80 Jet Mixer Head
For shortening mixing and dissolving times. The vertical flow and the high circumferential speed up to 10,000 rpm ensure intensive mixing. The head is used for adding gases or liquids, for lump-free suspension of difficult to dissolve powders or for dissolving already hardened substances. Min. / Max. Immersion depth is 140/350mm. Volume range is 1-50L
S50N-W65SK Cutting Head
To crush large pieces (up to 50 mm) of fibrous materials, such as vegetation, vegetables and fruit. Min. / Max. Immersion Depth is 80/350mm. Volume range is 1-10L.
