Overview
For over two decades the Rose Brand of plastic-ware, which includes various sizes and types of micro-centrifuge tubes, has served scientific and testing laboratories as a premium line of reliable products.
These micro-centrifuge cyrotubes feature 0.5 mL, 1.5 mL and 2.0 mL versions with screw caps, manufactured from polypropylene and available with conical bottom or skirted free-standing bottom. Non-sterile tubes are autoclavable to 120ºC at 15 PSI for 15 minutes and are freezable to -80ºC. Graduated free-standing 2.0 mL tubes are also available.
Non-sterile Rose Brand products are certified RNase and DNase free and sterile products are certified RNase, DNase, ATP, DNA and Pyrogen free. Caps are screwed on to the tube in a sterile pack.
Rose also offers Rose Brand Micro-Centrifuge Tubes with a standard snap cap and locking safety caps, as well as other plastic-ware products such as the Rose Brand PCR Tubes.

The items listed in the ordering information are presented with catalog numbers representing the default Natural polypropylene color. The non-sterile micro-centrifuge tubes are also available in Amber, for light sensitive samples, and their catalog numbers have a “– A” attached to them. The Mixed Color caps include all colors except Amber and Natural.
