Cell and Tissue Culture Flasks – TC Treated, non-Treated and Multi-layer
Overview
Culture flasks are available in cell growth areas ranging from 25cm2 to 225cm2. Tissue culture treated or non-treated flasks available with a vent cap or plug seal cap to meet your needs.
All flasks are made from high clarity, 100% virgin polystyrene and have a frosted area for writing and clear graduations. The flasks are packaged in sterile, zip-sealable bags and are sterilized by E-Beam and are labeled with clear lot number for traceability. Yellow caps are used for non-treated flasks and Teal for tissue culture treated (TC-Treated) and are both available as Plug Seal or Vent Cap with 0.22 µm hydrophobic filter membrane for gas exchange without contamination. All flasks are Non-Pyrogenic, DNase/RNase Free.
Products are manufactured in strictly controlled ISO 8 / 1000,000 Grade Clean Room to exacting manufacturing standards, and rigid QA procedure. Manufacturing is accomplished by use of state of the art robotics with automatic conveyers, hot runner molds, and vacuum plasma and corona treatment, while sterilization is done by E-Beam.
A multi-layer (5 layers) TC-Treated Flask is also offered with cell growth surface area of 870 cm2 cm and this alos comes with a choice of plug seal or vent cap. This enables more cell growth faster and easier, therby making cell culture workflow more productive and in a convenient manner.
