Overview
The LU-Class of Ultra High Pressure Pumps consists of dual headed, positive displacement piston pumps that can deliver accurate flow rates at extremely high pressures. The pumps are available with a choice of stainless steel or titanium fluid paths, suitable for standard and bio-compatible chromatography applications.
The LU-Class of chromatography pumps are designed for fast, high pressure analytical HPLC and column packing, with increased peak resolution and exceptional retention time repeatability. The advanced solvent select feature provides very accurate flow rates at high pressures for a wide variety of solvents, particularly where compressibility is a major factor. The pumps offer pressure capability of up to 18,000 psi with a maximum flow rate of 5 mL/min.
All LU-Class models feature automatic pressure compensation, complete PC control and status through RS-232 and Micro USB 2.0 ports, solvent select and user calibration, and include a drip tray and leak sensor. With pulse-free performance and precise control, the LU-Class pumps provide highest flow accuracy over the entire range.
Standard models are equipped with1/4” -28 flat bottom inlet and 1/16” CPT outlet CPI fittings, but the stainless steel headed pumps can be optionally equipped with either 1/8” CPI inlet and 1/16” CPI outlet or 1/8” CPI inlet and 1/8” CPI outlet fittings; as per customer’s choice.
