IKA C-Mag Series Hot Plate Stirrers (HS), the HS 4, HS 7 and HS 10
Overview
The IKA C-Mag Series is a newly developed range of laboratory equipment that includes the hot plate stirrers HS 4, HS 7 and HS 10 models featured here, as well as hot plates (HP models) without stirring and magnetic stirrers (HS models), without heating.
These ceramic top units are designed to meet robust requirements of basic laboratory tasks with higher heating temperatures, more powerful motors and stronger magnets.
All members of the IKA C-Mag Series have ceramic tops.
The advanced hot plate stirrers in the IKA C-Mag series feature precise temperature control, with the HS 7 and HS 10 having the ability to use an Electronic Temperature Probe for feed-back to a microprocessor to regulate actual temperature of the heated liquids.
The C-Mag Hotplate Stirrers have safety features such as warning of hot surface and shutting off when over heated.
The control panel is elevated to protect against damage from spills.
