Melting Point Apparatus – Manual Model MP420 and MP430
Overview
Rose Scientific/Hanon MP420 and MP430 Manual Melting Point Apparatus for manual determination of melting point are designed for applications in which melting point determination is a crucial factor for identification or characterization of a chemical substance, but the requirements for sample analysis are moderate and suitable for manual instruments. Such applications arise in industries as varied biotechnology, food processing, pharmaceutical, health care and material science.
The MP430 Manual Melting Point Apparatus incorporates video technology into melting point measuring. This not only provides users with reliable melting point test results, but also displays temperature curve and real-time video images. Users are able to repeatedly observe the melting process of a sample. Up to 4 samples can be loaded simultaneously and each sample can be assigned an individual identification number and tracked independently as well as being recorded in accordance with the FDA CFR Part 11 Requirement.
The MP420 is a basic model, without video technology.
Each instrument is supplied with a pack of 400 melting point tubes. New tubes are available from Rose Scientific.
