The reliable ECP2050, ECP2100 and ECP2300 preparative HPLC pumps offer the flexibility for any scale-up chromatography and can be coupled with a gradient box for multiple solvents or run independently as stand-alone pumps.
The ECP2050 offers variable flow rate from 0.1 to 50 mL/min, the ECP2100 offers variable flow rate from 0.1 to 100 mL/min and the ECP2300 offers variable flow rate from 0.6 to 300 mL/min.
These pumps function as isocratic pumps and together with a Gradient Box become gradient pumps that can perform low pressure gradients to accomplish complex separations at very reasonable prices. The pumps are equipped with main and auxiliary heads connected in parallel with a piston diameter of 3/8” and could perform a rinse to remove any salt precipitations.
Gradient profile can be defined manually using display and key-pad of the pumps or remotely via computer and ECOMAC and Clarity software.
There are many improvements on the ECP pumps that make them very reliable including a new learning algorithm for pulsation suppression and a leakage sensor. Each pump is delivered with GFP (PTFE) seals that are used for most normal applications. Optional UHMW-PE seals are also available upon request.
The ECB Gradient Boxes are sold separately and could be ordered with a pump or at any later time.
