Overview
The Memmert ICH Climate Chambers are designed for long term stability testing of pharmaceutical products in accordance with ICH (International Conference on Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use) as well as WHO, EMA, ASEAN, BMP, GLP and GCCP standards and for any other application that requires testing under conditions of long term, precisely controlled environmental simulation.
The ICH Climate Chambers have excellent temperature and humidity homogeneity. Thermal transfer to the interior, whether heat or cold, is guaranteed through a large-area air jacket on four sides. Thanks to its hermetically sealed interior, the climate chamber ICH does not consume any water once the setpoints have been reached, provided that the door is not opened. Two high-grade platinum temperature sensors with mutual monitoring guarantee interruption-free long-term operation even if one sensor should fail.
Double doors are standard, an exterior door of stainless steel and an interior one of glass. This feature reduces the potential for contamination and drops or rises in temperature, yet gives an optimal view of a sensitive load through wide interior glass doors
In the ICH L models, equipped with illumination units, tests in accordance with ICH guidelines Q1B, option 2 can be performed. Fluorescent lights with cold white light (standard illuminant D65, 6500 K) and UV radiation in the spectral range of 320 - 400 nm with a light intensity of approximately 8000 Lux serve as the light source.
With a combination of temperature, humidity and digital CO2 control, the climate chamber ICH C models are optimally suited for building materials testing or applications in cell biology requiring temperatures below room temperature.
For work predominantly close to the ambient temperature, the extremely energy saving Memmert HPP series of constant climate chambers with an innovative, quiet, compact and efficient Peltier heating and cooling system is a preferred choice.

The ordering number is assembled from the catalog numbers of the various options at the time the HPP Constant Climate Chamber is ordered.
Memmert supplies a three-year guarantee for appliances, except for wear and tear parts.
