Overview
Rose Scientific / Hanon MP450, MP470 and MP490 Automatic Melting Point Apparatus for automatic determination of melting point are designed for applications in which melting point determination is a crucial factor for identification or characterization of a chemical substance. Such applications arise in industries as varied biotechnology, food processing, pharmaceutical, health care and material science.
The MP450, MP470 and MP490 Automatic Melting Point Apparatus perfectly integrate video technology into melting point measuring. This not only provides users with reliable melting point test results, but also intuitively displays temperature curve and real-time video images, and allows the documentation and recording of results. Users are able to repeatedly observe the melting process of a sample.
These apparatus incorporate a camera and video technology to provide reliable melting point determinations and intuitively display temperature curve and real time video images. Innovative double true-color VGA touch screens enhance easy operation of the equipment and optimize observation of the samples in real time.
A large amount of internal memory enables 300 minutes of continuous shooting or nearly 10,000 photos to be stored.
Store up 80 sets of experimental methods, 40 sets atlas and test data, ready to be printed or exported, in line with pharma and GLP documentation requirements.
Temperature ramp rate of 0.1℃-20.0℃ with linear temperature rise design is suitable for most sample temperature profiles. Up to 4 samples can be loaded simultaneously and each sample can be assigned an individual identification number so it can be tracked independently.
Models MP470 and MP490 (not MP450) are compliant with FDA CFR21 Part 11 requirements.
