Overview
Premium AHN PCR Micro Test Tubes withstand the thermal and mechanical strain of being heated in a thermoblock or being subjected to high speed centrifugation. The PCR Tubes can be opened with one hand without any risk of the sample being contaminated.
Two volumes are available, 0.2 ml here and 0.5 ml in another section.
AHN PCR tubes are manufactured in Germany by AHN Biotechnology as a very high quality product meeting the most stringent manufacturing standards for the most discriminating users and at affordable prices.
Tips, tubes and other plastic products from AHN Biotechnology are manufactured on state of the art equipment in accordance with ISO 9001 and DIN standards.. The use of lubricants that may be harmful to samples is eliminated from the manufacturing process. All dyes used to color the range of AHN products are guaranteed to be completely metal free, eliminating any risk of sample contamination by trace elements.
AHN tubes are fully autoclavable (121°C, 0,1 Mpa, 20 min.) when open. Free of human DNA, certified free of DNA, RNase, ATP, Pyrogen and PCR inhibitors.
Thin walled design reduces cycle times and improves product specificity by providing accurate, rapid and uniform heat transfer
Provide for sealing without the need of an oil overlay when used in conjunction with a thermal cycler fitted with a heated lid
Flat caps are ideal if contamination is a concern and provides handling convenience for low throughput usage.
Domed caps facilitate efficient heat transfer with thermal cyclers with heated lids
Available with Flat and domed caps, sterile and non-sterile, in a variety of colors. Packed loose in safety welded polyethylene bags.
