Overview
The T 65 Basic ULTRA-TURRAX® is an extremely powerful dispersing instrument for volumes from 2 - 50 L (H2O), for typical pilot plant stations. A fixed speed of 7200 rpm enables users to work at a high circumferential speed even with small rotor diameters. Three rotor-stator configurations guarantee a wide range of applications.
Reproducible operations due to constant speed even with changes in viscosities.
The T 65 digital ULTRA-TURRAX® is an xxtremely powerful dispersing instrument for volumes from 2 - 50 L (H2O) for typical pilot plant stations, with digital speed display. It offers a wide speed range from 1000 – 9,500 rpm that enables users to work at high circumferential speeds even with small rotor diameters. Three rotor-stator configurations guarantee a wide range of applications. Reproducible operations can be performed due to constant speed even with changes in viscosities.
Plug-in connectors facilitate change of dispersing elements. Stainless steel dispersing elements can be used under vacuum and pressure. Stamd, tools, cables and plugs are not included in the delivery.

T 65 Dispersing Tools coarse (h), medium (i) and fine (j):
A series S 65 dispersion tool consists of a shaft and a generator (made up of a stator and rotor).
The shaft is numbered S 65 KG-HH, where KG signifies that there is a ball bearing and the HH means there is a hard metal sliding ring seal. The purpose of the seal is to stop the media from rising up the shaft and destroying the ball bearing.
The top end of the shaft is an easy to use plug in coupling. The bottom end of the shaft has threads for holding the stator and the shaft itself carries the rotor.
For the T 65 there are three types of generators: G 65 G, G65 M and G 65 F, corresponding to coarse, medium and fine output. The type is chosen based on the starting material, as too fine a generator with coarse material can result in clogging and the seals can run dry, overheat, and be destroyed.
