Overview
The LabMax eco, LabMax premium, and LabMax airless series of bottle top dispensers are newly designed upgrades to previous LabMax high performance dispensing instruments.
The dispensers in the LabMax eco Series are the new economical and ecological way to dispense liquids commonly used in the laboratory. They could be used for nearly all applications of dispensing liquids and are perhaps the most economical choice.
These LabMax eco dispensers offer quick. easy and precise volume setting, by just pressing and pushing the quick-adjust knob to the desired volume.
Turning the discharge tube to 90º removes trapped air without reagent loss by pumping in a closed circuit; the reagent flows back into the reservoir. After pumping the dispenser 2 or 3 times, the dispenser is free of air and ready to use. By turning the discharge tube to 180º all liquid flows back to the reservoir. The LabMax eco is completely closed and no accidental discharge can occur by inadvertently moving the piston. There is absolutely no dripping possible.
Another key feature is that no matter how tight the dispenser is screwed on to the reservoir, you could always redirect the discharge tube by simply turning the valve block to the desired position. This way, the label of the reservoir is always visible.
The LabMax eco Series is available in a broad volume range.
Each unit is supplied with standard accessories for immediate mounting on bottles with a discharge tube. Additional accessories are available.
The dispensers in the LabMax premium Series combine all the excellent features of those in the LabMax eco Series, plus an enhanced level of Quick-adjust Knob, and easy in-house recalibration.
The dispensers in the standard LabMax airless Series have PTFE Cylinders and borosilicate glass pistons. They are designed with automatic air purging to ensure higher accuracy as the device is free from air before dispensing. Air, lighter than liquid, passes off the device automatically through the special ejection channel and discharge tube. Contamination of the reservoir content is not possible. Ideal for PTFE swelling solvents.
