Cell Harvesters, Manual, Automatic and Ready for Robotic

  Overview

The Harvester 96 line from Tomtec has a 96 well cell harvester for every application.

The Harvester 96 harvests cells simultaneously from the 96 well format of either microplates or microtubes. The difference between the models is in the filter format. Each model is designed to provide the maximum filter area spot that can be accommodated by the corresponding scintillation counter.

Automation is added to create the Harvester 9600, ready for robotic work, as a stand-alone unit or with remote computer control.

Harvester Mach II Automatic
Features of the Harvester 96 Mach II:
  • 6 ×16 format on 15 mm centers
  • Available as a manual model or fully programmable
  • Removable wash tips and double “O” ring seals
  • A special stainless steel / polypropylene head is available to withstand the aggressive corrosion created by TCA (Trichloracetic Acid) protocols


Harvester Mach III Manual
Features of the Harvester 96 Mach III:
  • 8 ×12 format on 9 mm centers.
  • Available as a manual model or fully programmable
  • Removable wash tips and double “O” ring seals
  • A special stainless steel / polypropylene head is available to withstand the aggressive corrosion created by TCA (Trichloracetic Acid) protocols


Harvester 9600
Features of the Harvester 9600:
  • Can be used in stand-alone mode or controlled through an RS232 link to a host computer
  • Filter mat or filter plate models are available
  • Two 10-liter automated buffer supply bottles are offered
  • Removable wash tips and double “O” ring seals
  • A special stainless steel / polypropylene head is available to withstand the aggressive corrosion created by TCA (Trichloracetic Acid) protocols
